
About Voice & Views:
The name Voice & Views stands for “raising our voice to make positive views for building an inclusive society.” The short name of the organization is V&V.
Voice & Views was founded by Jannatul Ferdous, a burn accident survivor from Bangladesh. Her lifelong struggle as a woman with burn-related physical challenges inspired the establishment of this organization, which advocates for the human rights of burn survivor women and others with disabilities.
Voice & Views promotes the human rights of women with disabilities in Bangladesh. It is the pioneer organization raising the voices of burn-related women with disabilities both nationally and internationally.

Our Vision:
A society where women with disabilities enjoy equal rights and dignity through full inclusion in the society.
Our Mission:
To raise the voices of women with disabilities in the demand for equal rights.
Organizational Structure:
- Voice & Views is a women led organization. The majority of its general and executive body members are women.
- Voice & Views is an Organization for Persons with Disabilities (OPD) and therefore, most members of the general and executive bodies are persons with disabilities.

Legal Authenticity:
Voice & Views has been registered with the Department of Social Welfare, Bangladesh, on 03 February 2015. It also received registration from the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh on 26 October 2016 to accept foreign grants.
